从今年5月至8月间，国内新冠肺炎确诊病例宗数可说是扶摇直上，以致许多无法如常开门营业的公司，不得不纷纷祭出居家办公的应对措施，继而让公司的行政、宣传或行销等事务皆能如常运作。
随着各家公司相继落实居家办公措施后，许多上班族的日常工作形态出现了变化，大家也不得不催促自己去适应以下的职场新常态：

2. 视讯会议 Video Conference
由于各类免费视像会议软件如Zoom、Google Meet、Hangouts、Microsoft Teams的使用日益普及且易于操作，这无疑让不少公司的领导层纷纷通过此便利来召集员工展开视讯会议，以共同商讨各类事态进展、计划，或是藉此了解大家的工作进度以及加强公司人员之间的沟通、协调与交流等等，继而提升生产力。

十几年前，公司老板或职员在办公时，皆通过电话或发简讯与外界对话、交流；如今，几乎人人都会采用WhatsApp这项时兴的网络即时通讯工具来沟通、联系。WhatsApp特有的群组对话功能，能让同属一个部门或某个特别工作团队的所有成员都纳入一个特定群组中，以共同分享即时且重要的消息、照片、视频等等。这无形中能提升沟通效率，更有利于推进工作的展开。
